Financial DevOps Toolset and On-site Migration

Designed a DevOps toolset for 105-125 developers by migrating SVN + ChangeFlow to GitLab. Ran the migration of five systems in parallel, established a Git strategy for the ITSM-controlled environment (no squash/rebase/force push), and authored situation-based operations and incident response guides. Built a containerized platform under Rootless Docker constraints while meeting security audit requirements.
